At Kleineseele, we do everything we can to make sure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Our goal is to deliver all orders within 4 days from the time they are placed. Most orders are fulfilled the same day and shipped the following business day, so you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.

Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (maximum 1–3 business days on weekdays).

Shipping Origin:
Most of our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Germany to ensure fast and reliable delivery within Europe.
In some cases, certain items may be shipped from our partner warehouse in China—for example, if stock in Germany is temporarily unavailable.

Delivery Time:

  • Germany & EU: Usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International orders or items shipped from China: Usually 7–14 business days, depending on destination and local courier schedules.

During peak seasons or due to customs and logistics factors, delivery times may occasionally be slightly longer. We always do our best to ensure a quick delivery and will provide tracking updates as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs

All orders include free shipping.
There is no minimum order quantity — every customer enjoys free delivery, no matter the order size.
